We remove the wheel from the car, break the tyre bead (push the tyre back from the face of the wheel) This photo also shows that this alloy wheel had some heavy gouge damage.

The damage to the face and edge of the wheel is removed along with the gouge marks. If necessary, imperfections are filled to return the wheel to it's natural shape.

The wheel is then degreased and primed ready for two applications of base coat. The base coat is then applied and finally a coat of lacquer. The wheel is placed under an infrared lamp to harden off the lacquer and make the repair permanent. The finished alloy wheel is as good as new!

The tyre is re-inflated and the wheel put back on the car. All done at your convenience at either your home or work.
